Annie was produced for Wonderful World of Disney in 1999. It was adapted from the stage musical by Irene Mecchi and had the usual assortment of “I know that person!” that a lot of these Wonderful World of Disney productions had at the time.
I did watch the entire first episode of The Rose of Versailles anime series, but after that, I mostly randomly skipped around.
Lady Snowblood 2: Love Song of Vengence is a very different movie from the first one, at least for a little while.
The “Baba Yaga” episode progresses mostly the way you’d expect — Valentina is barely hit by a car and Baba Yaga takes her garter clip. There’s the hole in the house. There’s the doll. The bits about the cursed camera are absent, though.
I actually watched the 1982 TV pilot for Modesty Blaise (directed by Reza Badigi) twice because the first time I watched it, my focus was fading in and out and I was certain I must have missed something.
